The CTC serves clients from birth to 21 years of age in an interprofessional environment. Preschool as well as school based programs are provided to children with neurological disorders and developmental and sensory delays. CTC serves physically challenged children 0-21 yrs old through interdisciplinary programs based on client needs. Specialty programs include: TIPS ( Therapeutic Intervention with Parents) and PATH ( Preschool Assessment and Therapy)

The Kirkland & District Hospital provides in and out-patient services. Care ranges from pediatric to palliative and long term/transitional care. The facility provides general medicine and surgery, general rehabilitation and some cardiorespiratory care.
