Welcome to the new NOSM University Clinical Faculty Wellness Website!

Wellness is the self-directed active process of becoming aware of your needs and subsequently making choices toward a more balanced life.  The goal is a happier self.  Faculty wellness is influenced by both individual and system-level factors and can be thought of as 5 pillars of health – emotional, physical, social, spiritual and intellectual/occupational.   Please use the Quick Links below for more information and resources.
