Accessing Your Financial Account Details
Your NOSM University financial account details can be accessed through myNOSM U located at the top right corner within the main page of the NOSM University website. Under the “Learner” tab, select Self-Service.
Learners have 24/7 access to a wide range of features and services available at NOSM University Self-Service via any electronic device. Self-Service can be used to pay tuition fees online and view electronic billing statements (eStatements). We are glad to offer flexible ways for learners to conveniently review their assessments and pay at any time.
Late Payment Fees
Late Fee Information
All graduate learners must register and pay per term until graduation. There are 3 terms per year including Fall (September to December), Winter (January to April), Spring/Summer (May to August).

Health Insurance Plan & Opt-Out
Student Health Plan
Information regarding coverage and using your health plan can be directed to the NOSM U Student Council webpage.
Learners must have comparable health coverage in order to be eligible to opt out. The opt out period is from September 1 – September 30. These dates are subject to change annually. Dates and confirmation is provided on the We Speak Student webpage. Proof of coverage will be required in the opt-out request application. Please visit We Speak Student (Health Plan Provider). NOSM University’s Student Accounts Office will not be processing opt-out requests or refunds. If approved the reimbursement will be made via online banking or cheque directly from the We Speak Student insurance provider.

Components of Ancillary Fees
Campus Safety Fee – is applied directly to campus security services provided on NOSM U campuses.
Student Health and Wellness Fee – is applied directly to Student Health and Wellness programming through Learner Support Services.
NOSM U Student Council Ancillary Fees
Administrative Fee – is applied directly to NOSM Student Council to aid in covering the cost of running the functions of the Council.
Canadian Federation of Medical Students Dues – applied directly to MD students only CFMS dues for NOSM MD students.
Executive Portfolio Fee – applied directly to the MD program student council administration.

- Undergraduate Medical Education
– Textbooks or other learning materials are made available to learners through the NOSM U library either virtually or on reserve. Some textbooks are recommended to be purchased but not required.
– Information on required and recommended textbooks and readings are communicated during transition sessions in each phase and available on the library website.
- Masters of Medical Studies
– Few Masters of Medical Studies courses required textbook purchase.
– Required textbook purchase information is listed in each course syllabus.
- Dietetic Practicum Program
– No textbooks or other learning materials required to be purchased.

T2202 Tuition and Education Certificate Slips
Your T2202 will be available by the end of February electronically through Self-Service. You can access Self-Service through your myNOSM U account.
For Residents who have opted to withhold consent for electronic distribution of their T2202, paper copies will be mailed at the end of the month to the address on record.
If you would like to change your mailing address please email registrar@nosm.ca.

Once logged in to Self-Service through My NOSM U, select the Learner Tax Information card.

T4A Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income Slips
