Developing Future Leaders in Academic Medicine Course – open to NOSM U faculty
The ‘Developing Future Leaders in Academic Medicine Course‘ is currently accepting applications from across northern Ontario!
Designed for early-career NOSM U faculty (2-10 years), this virtual program builds practical leadership skills through monthly sessions, dedicated mentorship from senior academic and hospital leaders, and a meaningful year-long project. You will recognize the expert speakers each month, from provincial and national organizations in academic medicine! Participants will gain valuable connections, personalized guidance, and a certificate of completion while advancing their leadership journey.
