LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
1. Recognize and diagnose perimenopause and menopause
2. Assess individual risks and benefits of menopausal hormone therapy (MHT)
3. Develop an individualized treatment approach to vasomotor symptoms
4. Navigate newer and evolving menopause therapies, including non-hormonal treatments for vasomotor symptoms and when to use testosterone.
5. Counsel patients about MHT and long-term health outcomes, including thenewest evidence surrounding Alzheimer’s and dementia
6. Describe the Women’s Health Hub Menopause Clinic and Education Project
