Fall Graduation

Students who complete their degree requirements by August 31st of the academic year may apply to graduate and receive their degree parchment in the Fall term. Learners who are intending to graduate in the Fall term must submit an application to graduate through their Self-Service account and pay the $75 graduation application fee that will be charged to their account and must be paid for the graduation application to be considered complete. ***REMINDER: to graduate at NOSM University, you MUST apply to graduate regardless of whether you attend your ceremony. Students will attend the ceremony associated with the campus they are graduating from.

Degree parchments will be mailed to graduates at a fee of $50 that will be applied to their Self-Service account. If a graduate would prefer to pick up their degree parchment from the Registrar’s Office on campus, please email registrar@nosm.ca to arrange pickup.

There is no Convocation ceremony that takes place during the Fall term. Instead, graduates may attend the following Convocation ceremony in the Spring if they wish to do so.
