Leading by example – Katie Biasiol, Director, Admissions and Learner Recruitment

Katie Biasiol believes supporting NOSM University starts with personal commitment. Her monthly gift reflects both her belief in the University’s mission and her desire to strengthen health care across Northern Ontario.

“Having worked in the Advancement Office, I understood the importance of leading by example. I couldn’t authentically ask others to contribute without first investing in the mission myself.

My commitment deepened as health challenges affected members of my family and those close to me. Those experiences reminded me that every one of us will rely on compassionate, skilled health-care professionals at some point in our lives.
