As part of the Northern Ontario History of Health & Medicine Lecture Series, Dr. Kenton Kroker will present Epidemic Encephalitis & the Emotional Reconfiguration of interwar Britain.
Dr. Kenton Kroker, PhD, is Chair of Science & Technology Studies at York University. He studies the way that medicine, biomedical expertise, self-knowledge and governance have interacted since the early 19th century. The Northern Ontario History of Health and Medicine Group links students, faculty, researchers, practitioners, interested individuals from across the North and a range of disciplines and professions.
This presentation is open to the public.
