This Giving Tuesday, help NOSM University inspire the next generation of health-care professionals in Northern Ontario through CampMed.

CampMed gives high school students from Northern, rural and remote communities the opportunity to explore careers in health care through hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to Indigenous and Francophone culture, health and traditions. Since 2006, CampMed has welcomed 1,282 youth from 173 communities, helping young people across the North discover new possibilities and imagine a future for themselves in health care.

This year, your generosity will go even further. Thanks to the support of Weilers LLP in Thunder Bay, Giving Tuesday donations to CampMed will be matched up to $1,500.

Your gift will help create meaningful opportunities for Northern youth to experience CampMed, explore where a career in health care could take them, and see that a future in health care can begin right here in the North.
