How to Apply

NOSM invites any qualified individual to submit their application for any publicly advertised employment opportunity.

NOSM requests that the applicant adheres to the following instructions when applying for a position.

Email Submission:

  1. Ensure that your cover letter and/or resume quote the applicable competition number and the job title of the position you are applying for.
  2. Combine your cover letter and resume in one document.
  3. Ensure that your document is compatible with Microsoft Word 2003 or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) (preferred format). Using standard fonts such as Times New Roman or Arial will help to ensure your resume is viewed in its original layout.
  4. Attach the document to an email message, quoting the competition number in the subject line of the email, and forward to hr@nosm.ca

Please note: For email submissions, applicants will be sent a confirmation email indicating that application has been received.

 

Mail, Fax or Hand Delivery:

  1. Ensure that your cover letter and/or resume quote the applicable competition number and the job title of the position you are applying for.
  2. Forward your resume by mail, fax or hand deliver to:
