Holly Fleming

Holly Fleming has a Master’s of Environmental Studies in Northern Environments and Cultures, which focused on mapping traditional knowledge of Lac Seul First Nation onto a digital map format. She’s passionate about the intersection of Indigenous knowledge and western knowledge. Holly also has a background in medical education, having previously worked as a research assistant for MERLIN while completing her degree. She’s excited about understanding the impacts of medical education on the physicians of tomorrow. She’s heavily involved in the sports community outside of NOSM and spends most of her time disc golfing, playing ultimate frisbee, cross-country skiing, climbing, ice climbing, sea kayaking and hiking among other pursuits.
