Printing and Scan to Patron Service

The library is offering modified printing and scanning services until further notice to ensure social distancing and low touch points in the library spaces.


Access to the library printer has been modified to meet public health requirements. Please book a 30-minute time slot through our Book the Printer calendar.

We ask that you wipe your touch points at the printer after use. Wipes and hand sanitizer will be provided at the printer for you.

Printing is available from our public computer using your NOSM username and password. Funds can be added to your account at the Information Desk by staff. We accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment. Full instructions are available above the printer and beside the printing computer. Please report any problems with the printer to our Information Desk.

Poster Printing- Laurentian Campus only

We aim to print posters within 72 hours (not including any closures).  Please be sure to send your requests in as early as possible.

Posters cost $28.10 + HST and we also sell poster tubes for $3.50 + HST.  We accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment.

Send poster requests to and include:

  1. PDF document of the poster
  2. Maximum width of 42”
  3. Include dimensions of poster in inches (Please ensure that the poster is submitted in the size of the intended final product otherwise the poster may not appear as planned).
  4. Provide the name of the person who will pick up poster. You will receive an email with pick up details.

Scan to Patron Service

While access to the library space is limited, NOSM members can request individual chapters from the library’s print collection for personal use.
