Family Medicine
NOSM UNIVERSITY FAMILY MEDICINE GENERAL INFORMATION SESSION

This session will provide a general overview of the program and information on how to find out more about our program. You’ll get a general feel for the Northern Ontario communities we support as well as details on future community-specific sessions.

This session will provide a general overview of the program and information on how to find out more. It will focus on three streams (North Bay, Sudbury and Timmins) with presentations from those communities.

This presentation is focused on providing medical students interested in pediatrics an overview of the NOSM U Pediatric program. There will be a didactic introduction about the program, which will be delivered by the Program Director, chief resident(s) and residents. Participants will then have the opportunity ask any questions.

Psychiatry
NOSM UNIVERSITY PSYCHIATRY INFORMATION SESSION
A warm welcome to the NOSM University’s Psychiatry Program! We are excited to introduce you to our Program. We are seeking people who are motivated, self-directed and enthusiastic about practicing Psychiatry in unique settings. NOSM Psychiatry Residents live in the northern environment, and thrive in 1:1 individual mentorship model of clinical supervision. Our Residents benefit from accredited core training, while enjoying the northern cultural charm of our training sites.
Please join us at one of the information sessions to meet current residents, faculty and Program leadership from all NOSM University Psychiatry training sites and to find out more about the CaRMS selection process at NOSM U.
