SESSION LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1.  Discuss the collaborative role of the primary care physician in caring for patients throughout their cancer journey including diagnosis, treatment, remission, and palliation.
2.  Identify tools to aid in the management of patients before, during and after cancer diagnosis.
3.  Utilize resources in Northern Ontario accessible to patients dealing with cancer care and survivorship.
