Room Booking Request Form

The Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM) will make its meeting rooms and classrooms available to outside, non-medical school health professional/medical organizations where the use of such facilities will be consistent with the aims, accreditation requirements and objectives of NOSM, and priority will be for academic/educational activities.

All NOSM academic and educational scheduling and priority administrative activities must be satisfied in accordance to NOSM deadlines, functional plans and space management principles before space is made available to external organizations.

External users shall be responsible for NOSM administrative services fees and direct costs associated with the event.
