Fall 2009 ELECTIONS UPDATE!- (September 27/09) - Nomination Period EXTENDED - The nomination period has now been extended until September 30th, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Please nominate yourself or a friend and help increase student representation at NOSM! Nominations information is currently available here. Campaign Period - the campaign period will open as of September 28th, 2009. Completion of the campaign form will allow confirmed candidates to enter a biography and relevant information into the "Position Biographies" section. As a reminder, VOTING will commence on October 5th at 8:00 am and finish on October 6th at 8:00 pm. Listing of housing opportunities (Mar 22/09) - The Student Society is proud to offer an Housing Board for all NOSM students. You can now post information regarding housing opportunities to help students find a place to live in one of NOSM's communities (either home campuses or CCC Community). The Fall 2008 Election for all Committee Student Representative Positions along with a few NOSMSS Executive Position has come to an end. All of the available positions were filled with the most recent election. I invite you to visit the ELECTION portion of the website to review the results.
Welcome to E2008! (Aug. 25/08)
On Monday August 28th, NOSM welcomed the new cohort of students. The students were met on their respective home campuses and we're then reunited in Sudbury to take part in the annual Orientation Week Road Trip from Sudbury to Thunder Bay.
The NOSM Student Society hosted numerous activities throughout the week to promote integration of the new class and introduce the "lighter side" of medicine!

New website launched (Aug. 7/08)
The NOSM Student Society website has just been redesigned to make its access easier and more convenient for everyone - including our current students! The content has changed slightly, but all of the important information has been transferred!
